Bassam Rifai

CEO

Bassam Rifai is an owner and Chief Executive Officer at DRS Capital. Bassam obtained his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida in 1982. Most recently, Bassam was the Chief Executive Officer of Multinational Group with a diversified conglomerate business, global interests and investments spanning real estate, hospitality and food and beverage sectors.Bassam previously founded a contracting company that worked with the likes of Orascom Contracting and Industry, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, China Power, Siac, Sodec and others.Bassam is currently a board member on 3 different global businesses within the aquaculture, logistics and engineering sectors; two of which are publicly listed entities.

Evgeni Nikolov

Evgeni independently or in various working groups of Penkov, Markov & Partners – International law firm, has long-standing practice in legal representation of clients in different areas of the law, such as Company Law, Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, Project Development & Finance, Banking Law, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Real Estate and Construction. He has Master degree in Law, Sofia University, Bulgaria and Master of International Economic Relations, Foreign Trade Academy, Moscow, Russia.

Svetla Chulina

Svetla joined the team in September 2017. She is performing complex engagements for both local and international clients. She has over 10 years of extensive experience in accounting and financial teams for banking , pharmaceutical and trade business. She has Master degree in Economics,University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria and Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA), University of Sheffield,Great Britain.

Maya Metodieva

A little bit for myself – I`m a business woman, a mother of two boys. I have Bachelor degree of Economics – Business Administration. I having worked in multicultural and multinational companies and Foreign Embassies in Bulgaria for over 25 years, I have an experience – financial and business knowledge, confidence, decision making and problem solving qualities and effective team work and team management skills combined with my ambitions to bring successful conclusions. My linguistic range covers — English, Bulgarian, Russian and Greek.

I`ve been a Co-founder at Driving school and Transportation company. Last 5 years I have my own Facility Management company and as a CEO and founder .

Now I`m volunteering a current Vice President position of a Social and Charity organization – IWC/International Women`s Club/ – Sofia, which organized the biggest charity event in the Balkans and support charity projects in Bulgaria.
